SWPL PLAYER OF THE WEEK: SoCal Seahorses U23s Gabriel Gallardo

LA MIRADA, CA (June 12, 2024) – SoCal Seahorses U23 midfielder/forward Gabriel Gallardo has been selected SWPL Player of the Week.

Gallardo scored three of the first four goals as SoCal Seahorses U23 defeated Olympiacos CA 11-0 in a SoCal Premier League Men's Spring Season match at Pleasant View Park in Huntington Beach.

A native of Anaheim Hills, CA, Villarreal is a graduate of Canyon High School and currently is a student-athlete at Hawaii-Hilo (NCAA Division I). He has seven goals and five assists in three seasons for the Vulcans.

The SWPL Player of the Week is selected from nominations from league members.
