SoCal Premier D2 Recap: Rose City FC Downs L.A. Monsters FC

IRVINE, CA (February 19, 2024) - Rose City FC took a big step in the chase for the promotion playoffs.

The Pasadena-based club won its 10th match of the season with a 3-0 victory over L.A. Monsters FC in a SoCal Premier League match on Saturday, Feb. 17 at Orange County Great Park.

It's the fourth consecutive victory for Rose City FC (10-0-2 overall) since opening 2024 with a 2-0 loss to Buena Park FC. Rose City FC remains six points off the top of the Division II Los Angeles Region table.

Also on Saturday, Playmaker FC won its second straight with a 4-2 win over Chapman FC. On Sunday, Northeast Los Angeles FC finished a busy weekend with a 2-1 victory over Los Hermanos FC.
