SoCal Premier D2-Coast Recap: Olympiacos CA Reserves Get First Win

LA MIRADA, CA (February 20, 2025) - First steps take longer for some than others.

Franklin Zelaya scored three goals as Olympiacos CA Reserves defeated Apex FC II 5-2 in a SoCal Premier League Men's 2nd Division match at Pleasant View Park in Huntington Beach, CA, on Sunday, Feb. 9.

It's the first victory of the season for Olympiacos CA Reserves (1-1-8 overall), which set a team record for goals in the win.

On Saturday, Artesia DES FC maintained its grip on the top spot with a 2-1 win over Lobos FC at Ross Middle School in Artesia, CA, and Irvine FC Reservers defeated Fontana Legacy FC 2-0 at Orange County Greeat Park.
