LA MIRADA, CA (July 13, 2024) - This has been building for a while for Worldwide Problems FC.

A SoCal Premier League's Raul Briones Cup Finalist in 2023 before capturing the SoCal Premier League Division One title this season, Worldwide Problems FC has a chance to advance even further on Saturday at Al Barbour Field on the campus of Biola University.

"This is a big weekend for the SWPL. We've been building toward a four-team final for two years and this weekend we'll see a champion emerge from either the SoCal, Pacific, San Diego or Nevada Premier Leagues," Southwest Premier League President Matt Morse said. "The winner advances in the NISA Nation National Playoffs and takes home some serious one-of-a-kind hardware!"

Chula Vista FC, one of the highest-profile and longest-tentured amateur clubs in the Southwest, captured the inaugural San Diego Premier League title this season on 19 points from seven matches.

Admission is $10. Children 10-and-under are free.
