Raul Briones Cup Recap: Few Surprises In Group Stage 1

LA MIRADA, CA (December 5, 2022) - Capistrano FC got out to a hot start as group stage matches go underway at the 2022-'23 Raul Briones Cup.

Capistrano FC, the No. 1 seed in the tournament, earned a big 8-0 victory over Fullerton, Ca.-based Shammah FC on Saturday, Dec. 3 to take charge in Group 1.

Currently leading the SoCal Premier League Men's First Division with an 8-0-0 record, Capistrano will travel to take on Bravos SB in Group Stage 2.
