Ben Rider Selected SoCal Premier League U.S. Army Player of the Week

LA MIRADA, CA (February 12, 2025) – FC United Kingdom midfielder Ben Rider has been selected SWPL Player of the Week.

Rider had one goal, one assist and two other goal involvement as FC United Kingdom earned a 5-0 victory over La Familia FC in a SoCal Premier League match at Orange County Great Park in Irvine, CA, on Saturday, Feb. 8.

A native of Liverpool, England, Rider has been a regular starter for FCUK over the last four year. He has made eight starts this season.

U.S. Army is the exclusive sponsor of the SoCal Premier League Player of the Week. The SoCal Premier League Player of the Week is selected from nominations from league members.
